I called late on a Friday afternoon after realizing my elderly parents had been out of hot water for a few days. The service we received from the initial call through the installation was excellent. This was late on a Friday afternoon, probably when most installers would have been ending their shift. Rob and Ted showed up within 15 minutes of my phone call and were pleasant, friendly, professional and patient. Thank you for your great customer service!
